How Can swelling And Soreness In The Hand Be Treated?

My left hand has been sore for a few weeks. It s swollen between the index and middle finger. The veins are swollen to my wrist. The soreness is not when you touch, but when I try to make a fist, open a door, etc. Should I be worried. I haven t hit my hand or injured it

Probably its just a hand infection...take an antibiotic like ciprofloxacin 1 gm twice per day for ten days an see what happens
